The hotel was gorgeous, the staff was attentive, unforgettable experience overall. Well-appointed and beautifully decorated rooms, beautiful views of the sea. Savoury and local breakfast and good food. Magnificent location very close to the center, good services and comfortable bed. Variety of food options within walking distance of the venue.

I read in reviews about the poor and monotonous breakfast. I don't think so. Although they only had breakfast once and it's hard for me to talk about monotony. But there is a very large variety of homemade cheeses, as if I walked through the Kislovodsk market! I think you can eat only cheeses if you want!
The sea view was partially covered by the fortress wall. But the overall impression of the hotel was not spoilt by it. We had room 253, on the right side of the hotel, if you look at the sea from the hotel. Therefore, the advice for those who will book a room with panoramic sea views is initially better to specify immediately when ordering the left wing of the hotel.

The location of the hotel is good all within walking distance. About 15-20 minutes on foot and you are in the centre of the old town. By taxi, 20 tel. The room is big, it's cleaned every day. The only thing wasn't the bathrobes in Suite 131. View of the sea of marble from the window. The hotel staff is ready to solve all problems related to your arrival. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. A romantic setting, a relaxing atmosphere. Really good chef. Even if it's not a very advanced menu like in the center. But any dish ordered from the menu will be cooked very tasty. Prices are moderate. Good wine... There's a Russian channel on TV. In a word, I liked almost everything. WI-FI all over the place was good, the only thing that slowed down a bit tonight. Be sure to take on receipts display prices for taxi services where and for how much you can get. When ordering a taxi at the airport, negotiate the amount with the driver in advance. There is a free one-way airport transfer service that needs to be booked 24 hours in advance. I flew.
I don't want to get into the little things. The only thing is, the keys were often demagnetized... Tip. When you call a taxi, make sure the driver switches on the meter, or it'll be 50 in 20. No tourist flyers. No map of the city.

Location
Hotel charged me 30 Euro per night to bring guest for a few houres in the room , even though I booked a double room. This was not part of the contract , nor was this condition told to me by you before I booked the room. Guest was in my room for 1& half houres only & not o/night. I want refund of 30 Euro they charged me They also turned off air conditioning at front desk & I had to request it to be turned on every day.

Lived in this hotel for the May holidays, the location is excellent, along the coastline, took a room overlooking the sea, a chic view! To the Blue Mosque to walk 10 minutes, on foot a lot of cafes. We took breakfast in the hotel, the choice is very small, scrabble omelette, sausage, cheese, pastries, juice diluted, write that coffee is paid, but I ordered a cappuccino and I brought it for free, with a star on the first day breakfast is not provided! . There is a kettle, tea, coffee, 2 bottles of water, shampoo, balm, shower gel and body lotion in the bathroom! The only thing that wasn't comfortable was one for two!
One for the big bed, two for the uncomfortable sleep.

The ventilation in the smoking room could use some fine tuning

All the details, none of the fluff
The location is prime, nestled behind the major attractions. Rooms are spacious, though a bit dated, and the sea view is picturesque. Breakfast is decent but could use some enhancement. Noise from outside can be a bother, but overall, a solid place for exploring the area.

Room was great. Staff was wonderful: smart, very, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Best of any staff at any of the many, many hotels I've stayed at all over the world.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. The rooms were nice and there was free Wifi in the hotel. Location is great for visiting the touristy sites in the old town.
Expensive restaurant, so would really suggest to eat and drink elsewhere.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar area. On my first stay, the staff gave me the best local taxi tip. I can't wait to return for another city break!

The location is perfect, close to the Blue Mosque and Santa Sofia. Some of the staff are very good some others just average, is in summary, big differentes in treatment and profesionalism. In the photos is not clear that the rooms facing the sea are facing too a freeway busy and noisy. The breakfast is good, the rooms are good.
Noisy location, by a really busy street and the windows do not isolate enough.
